Aebersold and Kolbe – World Junior Champions in Sprint

Simona Aebersold, Switzerland won her second gold medal at the Junior World Orienteering Championships 2018.

Aebersold was 26 seconds faster than Tereza Janosikova, Czech Republic and 1 min. 2 sec. faster than Csilla Gardonyi, Hungary.

In the men‘s class, the third last starter Colin Kolbe, Germany finished in the gold medal position, only 8 seconds in front of Matthew Fellbaum, Great Britain.

The Norwegian Kasper Fosser and the Finish Otto Kaario shared the third place, finished 9 seconds behind the leader.
