Tove Alexandersson made it a hat-trick of victories in Tasmania with an emphatic win in the IOF World Cup orienteering long distance race at St Helens, Tasmania today.

In overcast conditions Swedish world number 1 Tove Alexandersson put in another dominating performance in the 4 km Middle Distance race of Round 1 of the IOF World Cup to take victory by a resounding margin of 2.38 from Norway’s Mari Fasting.

03/01/2015 || World Cup: clear Sprint wins for Alexandersson and Kyburz ||News||

Tove Alexandersson and Matthias Kyburz were clear winners of the Sprint Final held on the University of Tasmania campus in Launceston in hot and windy conditions today. Alexandersson finished with a lead of 1.02 over Judith Wyder, whilst Kyburz’s winning margin over compatriot Daniel Hubmann was 33 seconds.
