Ski orienteers from 23 nations compete in Romania this week

Third round of the Ski Orienteering World Cup kicks off today with middle distance in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania. The competitions can be followed live on the organisers’ homepage.


The Opening Ceremony took place on Tuesday evening at Mikó Castle in the center of Miercurea Ciuc. The prize giving ceremonies will also be held in the castle.


Altogether 23 nations sent their athletes to compete in the World Cup, European Championships, Junior World Championships and World Masters events in Romania. To watch the events online – either live or after the competitions – please go to the organisers homepage.
