Over 50 countries to the World Orienteering Championships

There will be over 50 orienteering nations celebrating the IOF 50th Anniversary at the World Orienteering Championships in France. This is the first time ever over 50 countries have entered to the World Championships – the previous record of participating countries is 42. Also the World Trail Orienteering Championships have got a record number of entries, when 22 nations intend to send their teams to compete in France in August.
