MTBO World Cup: Hara and Knudsen head standings

Marika Hara, Finland and Erik Skovgaard Knudsen, Denmark are the two leaders in the World Cup standings after the first three races held in Hungary at the weekend.

With a win and two second places, Hara has established a lead of 22 points over Rikke Kornvig, Denmark and 25 over the very experienced Michaela Gigon, Austria. Knudsen, winner overall last year, won two of the races and has a lead of 30 points, with Anton Foliforov, Russia second. Samuli Saarela, Finland is in third place with 10 points fewer than Foliforov.

The MTB Orienteering World Cup second round is in Dalarna, Sweden in mid-June.
