Marek Pospisek new member of the MTBO Athletes’ Commission

The IOF Mountain Bike Orienteering Athletes’ Commission has appointed Marek Pospisek, Czech Republic, new member of the commission. Pospisek won silver in sprint at the World Championships 2012 in Hungary, and he is currently sixth on the IOF World Ranking List. He replaces Adrian Jackson (AUS) in the commission.

The IOF Council noted the decision in its meeting minutes, and thanked Adrian Jackson for his work for the sport. The Mountain Bike Orienteering Athletes’ Commission has four members: Coordinator Michaela Gigon (AUT), Anke Dannowski (GER), Giaime Origgi (ITA), and Marek Pospisek (CZE).
