IOF Ethics Panel decision regarding ESOC 2017 jury and conflict of Interest

The IOF Ethics Panel has made a decision regarding whether there was a conflict of interest behind the criticised jury decision at the European Ski Orienteering Championships.

The IOF Ethics Panel holds unanimously that the two jury members violated the IOF Code of Ethics by not declaring conflict of interests and not refraining from the decision-making process of the jury. The two jury members will be issued with a caution based on their failure. The decision does not affect the result list.
