Marit Wiksell, reigning European Champion in trail orienteering (open class) says she takes advantage of the pressure she has before competition: “I think this has been very important for my last successes”.

And successful she has been indeed: this year our Athlete of November got gold at the European Championships, and won the World TempO Trophy, O-Ringen, and the Swedish Championships.
