After Daniel Hubmann had found the fourth control he changed his behaviour in the forest. And at the prize-giving he could climb to the highest position.

The Swiss phantom lost about one minute in a mistake at the fourth control. “Then I realised I had to concentrate”, he says. The rest of the race was very well performed. He got his second gold in two days. “It’s of course nice to win again. Two golds is something extra!”

In the women’s race it was another victory for Judith Wyder. She won the Sprint, the first final at EOC. Today she ran a great race almost all the way, but in the end she was tired and it became a stressful situation. She was again fighting for gold, but with success at the end. Tears of happiness appeared again!
