After the two last competitions in the ECTO 2015, which were held in Czech Republic 19 and 20 September Erik Stålnacke could be announced as winner of ECTO 2015 (European TrailO Cup).

Erik Stålnacke was second at the Saturday competitions but it was still a close fight until the last competition on Sunday, a TempO in Vapenna Czech Republic.

After the PreO competition on Saturday last year’s winner of the Cup, Martin Jullum Norway was still in the lead ahead of Janis Ruksans Latvia and Erik Stålnacke Sweden.  However Martin did not compete in Czech Republic due to National Championships.

At Sunday the last stage of ECTO 2015 was a TempO competition.

First, two qualification heats consisting of 6 station with 4 controls at each station. Both Erik and Janis qualified to the final as no 5 in A-heat and no 9 in B-heat. At the final there were three station with 4 controls at each station. Erik had one mistake in the final and Janis two. Erik finished as no 5 and Janis as no 17. Place no 5 was enough for Erik to pass both Martin and Janis and become the ECTO Champion 2015.
