15/02/2015 || World SkiO Championships: Relay wins for Sweden and Russia ||News||

Sweden’s women repeated their success at the European Championships by again taking gold in today’s Relay, coming to the finish 35.8 seconds ahead of Finland. Men’s European Champions Norway were disqualified today along with Finland, allowing Russia a clear victory by 52.7 seconds over Sweden.

Domination of the Middle Distance race today by Finland was as emphatic as it was unexpected. Milka Reponen was the fastest of four Finnish women with times within 4 seconds of the winner, whilst Staffan Tunis enjoyed a clear victory in the men’s race over the Bulgarian Stanimir Belomazhev.
